CNC Machine Operator

At Diamond Precision, we are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team specializing in the production of precision machined components for the aerospace, defense, and industrial sectors. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be handling cutting-edge machining tools to craft detailed components that meet our clients' stringent demands for quality, accuracy, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery and monitoring the process for quality and efficiency to produce parts according to specifications.
• Perform daily machine startup and shutdown procedures.
• Ensure machines are set up properly, working well, and producing quality product.
• Make adjustments to the machine during the machining process as required.
• Perform troubleshooting and basic routine maintenance on machinery.
• Inspect and measure finished parts to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Document production data and maintaining reports.

Required Skills
