What You'll Do:- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical systems, working to the root cause so problems stay fixed.
- Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, servos, robotics, and programmable controls.
- Carry out planned preventive maintenance and help us build predictive maintenance using equipment data and condition monitoring.
- Spend your time fixing causes, not chasing the same symptoms every shift.
Do your best work when the day has a plan and the shop is organized.
- Are calm, methodical, and precise, and you fix root causes—not symptoms.
- Have outgrown a reactive shop and want time to do the job properly.
- Are a dependable, plainspoken teammate.
$27.00–$44.80/hour
based on experience, plus shift premiums on 2nd and 3rd shift
predictable rotating schedule with
every other weekend off and
