What You'll Do…Operate and monitor bakery production equipment used throughout the manufacturing process
- Set up equipment and verify production specifications before startup
- Monitor product quality, dough characteristics, temperatures, and production flow throughout the shift
- Make equipment adjustments to maintain product quality and maximize efficiency
- Perform routine troubleshooting to minimize downtime and communicate equipment concerns when needed
- Complete required quality, food safety, and production documentation
- Assist with product changeovers, sanitation, startup, and shutdown activities
- Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready work areas
- Partner with Production, Quality, Sanitation, and Maintenance to keep operations running efficiently
- Follow all food safety, GMP, safety, and sanitation requirements
- Cross-train and operate different bakery equipment as business needs require
- Experience operating production or processing equipment is required
- Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to follow work instructions, SOPs, and food safety procedures
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well on a team
- High school diploma or GED preferred

We're currently hiring for a 12-hour Night Shift at our Canal Street location.
Schedule:A consistent 12-hour night shift, with the exact start and end times to be determined. Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required based on production needs.
