As a Shipper, you'll be responsible for packaging and shipping parts orders to customers, ensuring that the correct products arrive on time and are delivered to the appropriate recipient. Products must be shipped in a timely, cost-effective, and consistent manner to ensure they arrive on schedule and in excellent condition.

- Meet established goals for on-time shipping, accurate order fulfillment, and proper packaging to prevent product damage.
- Maintain and verify all required paperwork, records, and documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
- Communicate shipping problems and issues immediately to the Product Support Manager and/or Parts Expeditor to ensure timely resolution.
- Move goods to designated locations within the warehouse to ensure they are clearly identified and accessible.
- Maintain inventory of materials and supplies within the assigned work area.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Ensure the accuracy of PFlow inventory levels. Review parts orders to confirm parts are not allocated to production. Manufacturing Leadership and the Product Support Manager must both be consulted before using any part allocated to production.
- Locate drawings, Bills of Material (BOMs), and other information within ERP and Mech Works.
- Prepare small-package shipments for carrier pickup, including UPS, Fed Ex, XPO, and other LTL carriers.
- Read engineering drawings and assemble the top 10 assemblies.
- Recommend equipment upgrades, repairs, or replacements to ensure consistent and reliable operation.
- Assist with crate building, loading, and unloading activities.
- Provide backup support for the Shipping and Receiving departments.

Job Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, preferably within a manufacturing setting.
- 1+ years of shipping or related experience in a high-volume environment.
- Knowledge of XPO, UPS, and Fed Ex is preferred.
- Ability to learn and effectively use an ERP system.
- Ability to read tape measures and interpret blueprints.
- Ability to successfully complete forklift training.
- Ability to use basic office equipment, including voicemail systems, copiers, calculators, and similar equipment.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
