Plant Processing Operator

Seeking a reliable and motivated  
** Processing Operator
** to join our Milwaukee manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for operating and monitoring food processing equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production while supporting continuous operations and meeting customer demand.

The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing, food production, machine operation, or processing environments and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

- Thursday 2:30pm-11pm

** Pay Range:**  $27hr

** What's the Job?*
* + Operate food processing equipment safely and efficiently to meet production goals and quality standards.

+ Monitor product flow throughout the processing operation and ensure continuous production.

+ Adjust equipment settings to maintain proper product specifications, temperatures, moisture levels, and consistency.

+ Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor operational adjustments when necessary.

+ Assist with machine changeovers, startups, shutdowns, and preventive maintenance activities.

+ Read and interpret work instructions, production documents, and processing procedures in English.

+ Follow directions and established operating procedures accurately at all times.

** What's Needed?*
* + High School Diploma or GED preferred.

+ Minimum of one year of manufacturing, production, food processing, warehouse, or machine operating experience preferred.

+ Ability to read and follow production instructions, recipes, batch sheets, and work instructions in English.

+ Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

+ Basic math skills with the ability to perform measurements, conversions, and calculations.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Blending or mixing experience is a plus but not required.

+ Forklift driving experience is a plus but not required.
