Processing Operator
Seeking a reliable and motivated Processing Operator to join our Milwaukee manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for operating and monitoring food processing equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production while supporting continuous operations and meeting customer demand.
The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing, food production, machine operation, or processing environments and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Pay Range: $27hr
What's the Job?
- Operate food processing equipment safely and efficiently to meet production goals and quality standards.
- Monitor product flow throughout the processing operation and ensure continuous production.
- Adjust equipment settings to maintain proper product specifications, temperatures, moisture levels, and consistency.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor operational adjustments when necessary.
- Assist with machine changeovers, startups, shutdowns, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Read and interpret work instructions, production documents, and processing procedures in English.
- Follow directions and established operating procedures accurately at all times.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum of one year of manufacturing, production, food processing, warehouse, or machine operating experience preferred.
- Ability to read and follow production instructions, recipes, batch sheets, and work instructions in English.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic math skills with the ability to perform measurements, conversions, and calculations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Blending or mixing experience is a plus but not required.
- Forklift driving experience is a plus but not required.
