As a Production Operator, you will be part of a team that keeps our manufacturing operation running safely, efficiently, and with pride for the products we produce and the customers we serve. Fixed day or night shift, depending on availability (8-12 hours)

• $22.78 to $28.41 per hour, depending on job responsibilities
• $2.00 per hour differential for night shift and double time pay on Sunday
• Pay increases throughout the first year as you learn new tasks and take on more responsibility.

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (completed before the start date)
• Ability to work 8 to 12-hour shifts and overtime as required
• Reliable transportation to Menomonie, WI (54751), or relocation before starting
• Completion of a job-related readiness assessment

• Manufacturing experience
• Basic computer skills
• Post high-school education or training
• Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented work style
