A leading manufacturing company is hiring a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to join their on-site team. This role involves overseeing daily production operations, leading safety initiatives, and driving continuous improvement.

2nd Shift Production Supervisor Responsibilities
:
- Lead, coach, and develop production employees to foster a positive, accountable team culture.
- Manage daily manufacturing activities to meet scheduled goals and optimize productivity.
- Promote and uphold safety standards, leading 5S initiatives and safety training efforts.
- Ensure all production and quality standards are maintained, supporting ISO and IATF compliance.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
2nd Shift Production Supervisor Qualifications
:
- Minimum of five years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to supervise hourly production staff and manage operational KPIs.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, including 5S, Kaizen, and root cause analysis.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
