Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor

Our client, an industry leader in automotive manufacturing, is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As a Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:** $90000 - $95000 DOE plus OT, benefits, bonus, etc.

** What's the Job?*
* + Lead, support, and prioritize maintenance activities and staff to ensure efficient operations.

+ Educate and assist maintenance personnel with training, career development, and skill enhancement.

+ Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage contract work and project timelines.

+ Prepare budgets, manage costs, and oversee procurement of materials and equipment.

+ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and safety standards.

** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's degree in a related field  
** or
* * equivalent experience in preventative maintenance as a Lead or Supervisor in equipment maintenance for automotive manufacturing

+ Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with internal and external contacts.

+ Proven troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

+

Experience with standard and specialized maintenance equipment and tools.

+ Leadership experience in supervising and developing maintenance teams.
