GTAW; TIG) Fabrication Specialist

As a GTAW (TIG) Fabrication Specialist, you’ll bring complex prints to life, troubleshoot weld challenges on the fly, and keep quality at the center of every bead you lay down. You’ll work across a range of materials and support projects that depend on clean, consistent, specification-driven welds.

• Start-up:
  Review engineering drawings and plan your sequence. Confirm materials and fit-up to match specs.
• Execution:
  Perform high-quality TIG welds across various metals, adjusting parameters to meet exacting standards.
• Problem-solving:
  Diagnose weld defects, fine-tune technique, and implement fixes to keep production flowing.
• Collaboration:
  
  Partner with teammates to refine processes and improve efficiency.
• Safety & care:
  Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow established safety protocols.
• Upkeep:
  Conduct routine maintenance on welding equipment for optimal performance.

• Demonstrated experience with TIG welding (GTAW); MIG exposure is a plus.
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset with practical, on-the-spot solutions.
• Meticulous attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
• Clear communication and a team-first approach.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant welding certifications are a plus.
