Equipment Operator
Location: Milwaukee / Kewaskum, WI
Starting Pay: $27.00/hour
Pay Range: Up to $30.00/hour with maintenance and welding experience
Job Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Equipment Operator to join our team in the Milwaukee/Kewaskum area. This position will operate a variety of heavy equipment while assisting the Location Manager with daily operations, general labor, and other tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Safely operate equipment including:
- Cranes
- Loaders
- Mobile shears
- Forklifts
- Load, unload, move, and process materials
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
- Assist with basic equipment maintenance and repairs
- Perform welding and fabrication tasks as needed
- Assist the Location Manager with day-to-day operations
- Perform general labor duties outside of equipment operation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Assist with other duties and projects as assigned
