Brand Ambassador – Milwaukee, WI
The Brand Ambassador plays a vital role in bringing Ryan Fire protection’s brand and culture to life across the Milwaukee. This role ensures that employees feel connected, recognized, and engaged through community outreach, local events, and office culture programs. The Brand Ambassador supports regional Sales and Business Development with custom marketing tools, branded swag items, and event support.
This role strengthens Ryan’s community presence by building relationships with local non‑profits and charitable organizations to create meaningful opportunities for employees to give back. They also manage local public and media relations by connecting with newspapers, industry outlets, and community publications to share Ryan’s story.
The Brand Ambassador also plays a key role in hospitality, serving as a welcoming face when hosting customers and supporting daily office experience. This includes arranging catering, managing event logistics, maintaining office snacks, beverages, and supplies, and ensuring a clean, polished, positive environment for employees and visitors that reflects Ryan Fire protection’s culture of care.
This role partners closely with regional leadership to support local goals and priorities, while staying fully connected as a member of the Marketing & Communications team to ensure brand alignment and two‑way communication between the region and HQ.
Key Responsibilities Employee Engagement & Office Culture- Create lively, connected workplaces at the Milwaukee offices through events, seasonal celebrations, and employee recognition.
- Maintain welcoming office environments with thoughtful touches such as snacks, beverages, and other amenities that make employees and visitors feel appreciated.
- Capture and share local stories and photos with the HQ Marketing for newsletters and social media.
- Welcome new hires locally on behalf of HR to ensure a positive first‑day experience.
- Equip Sales and BD teams with branded materials, event booths, and custom marketing tools.
- Assist in coordinating customer appreciation events, industry networking opportunities, and career fairs.
- Manage local swag and branded item distribution to support customer and employee initiatives.
- Set meetings as needed with local Sales and BD teams to support regional initiatives.
- Build partnerships with local non‑profits and charitable organizations to create meaningful opportunities for employee involvement.
- Encourage and coordinate employee participation in community volunteer activities.
- Cultivate relationships with local press, newspapers, and community publications.
- Work with HQ Marketing to ensure consistent messaging in all local media coverage.
- Serve as the welcoming face for customers visiting Milwaukee for lunch‑and‑learns, lab demos, or client meetings.
- Arrange catering and logistics to ensure visitors have a polished, positive experience that reflects Ryan Fire protection’s culture of care.
- Work in alignment with the HQ Marketing to implement national initiatives at the local level.
- Work closely with regional leadership in Milwaukee to align regional activities with leadership goals.
- Share local insights and feedback back to HQ Marketing to ensure Ryan’s culture and brand remain consistent across all locations.
