Lakeshore Sport & Fitness and Elite Sports Clubs are an alliance of family-friendly, multi-sport recreation and fitness facilities — and in our markets, we’re the #1 destination for sport, fitness, and fun.

We’re seeking a creative and scrappy Marketing Manager to support marketing initiatives across six vibrant club locations in Illinois and Wisconsin. This role is a true marketing generalist position — helping bring our clubs to life through programming promotion, digital marketing, partnerships, community engagement, and events.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys variety and ownership
. You might be launching an email campaign for summer camps, creating marketing for a racquet tournament, building a partnership with a local school, improving SEO, experimenting with AI tools, or helping promote a major club event.

The ideal candidate enjoys working across many marketing disciplines — from strategy and creative execution to digital growth and community partnerships. This role works closely with club leaders and programming teams to drive participation, highlight experiences, and help members feel connected to our community.
