10 is currently seeking a Senior Content Strategist for a contract position with a Major Financial Services Company located in Milwaukee, WI. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This is a hybrid position. Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications

Position Overview:

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Thought Leadership Strategy & Creation, the Senior Content Strategist will own the strategy and execution of a fast-growing, high-volume content program dedicated to the financial advisor career. This is a genuine opportunity to build a new program and scale a light publishing cadence into a full content ecosystem which may include articles, video, a candidate newsletter, and field enablement materials.

This role exists to ensure that accurate, balanced, compelling information about the advisor career reaches candidates, advisors, and recruiters.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the strategy and execution for the advisor career content program end to end, including the editorial calendar, topics, formats, and cadence Produce and oversee a high volume of written and video content, identifying compelling story angles and directing content development Help shape an accurate, balanced, and credible narrative around the advisor career across channels and platforms Equip the field advisors and recruiters with go-to-market materials such as emails, social posts, and other assets Nurture candidates through the hiring funnel, helping prospects stay informed and engaged Build a newsletter program for advisor career candidates from concept to execution Manage content across multiple content publishing platforms Partner with subject matter experts, compliance teams, and creative partners to ensure accuracy and meet regulatory standards Track and analyze the effectiveness of content across channels, ensuring the program steadily grows in reach, engagement, and impact Primary Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (English, journalism, communications, marketing, etc.) Minimum of 7-10+ years of experience in content strategy, content management, or a closely related communications role A strong foundation and background in writing with excellent editorial judgment Demonstrate proficiency and comfort using large language models and generative AI tools to accelerate content creation Genuinely adaptable and open to change in how technology is used A keen eye for video and visual content with the ability to set a creative vision and collaborate with creative partners Excel at managing process in a large, complex, highly governed organization Capable of running a content workstream end to end, from strategy through execution Strong judgment about positioning and the nuances of messaging across distinct audiences

Experience with project management, strategic thinking, and cross-functional partnering High attention to detail to maintain accuracy and consistency across a high volume of content Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis
