The Product Marketing Manager owns the upstream portion of the product journey to market by leading the product positioning and the development of the growth plan through new product development for our Wilkins product category. This position collaborates with cross-functional teams to create effective marketing campaigns and develop product positioning strategies across multiple areas of the product life cycle, with a high degree of time spent on the launch.

• Develop brand roadmap, including brand positioning, value proposition, naming strategy, sub-brand, and tier strategy.
• Responsible for end to end NPI commercialization process from scope definition, value proposition, commercial deployment, training and funnel creation and conversion.
• Own marketing growth plan for the Wilkins business unit and corresponding product categories with insights from product management, channel marketing and sales.
• Responsible for brand trademark process with business unit.
• Incorporate competitive positioning into overall product strategy, including benchmarks, fighter sheets, new product launch awareness, and market trends.
• Responsible for new product launch plan and leading effective product launches aligned to the go-to-market strategy.
• Analyze consumer research, market trends and business performance to optimize marketing plans and create differentiated strategies.
• Collaborate with creative, media and channel marketing to develop strategy.
• Define key customer persona profiles, including messaging and key performance indicators, with input from channel, vertical and digital marketing.
• Establish product strategy for Creative team and provide guidance on product focus.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field required
• 5+ years of experience in product, channel or brand marketing, ideally with a focus on product marketing with experience driving go-to-market launches
• Experience working in a cross functional environment with engineering, operations, marketing and sales
