Pure Vue is a growing home-service company serving southeastern Wisconsin. We’re looking for someone to take ownership of how our brand looks, sounds, and shows up in the market.

This is a hands-on, hybrid position. You’ll work remotely for planning, editing, scheduling, and design while regularly visiting job sites to capture real projects, employees, and customer stories.

Build awareness and trust in Pure Vue through consistent, high-quality content and a professional brand presence.

• Create and publish organic short-form content.
• Manage Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube Shorts, Facebook, and Linked In.
• Capture projects, employees, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes footage.
• Manage website and Google Business Profile updates.
• Develop marketing materials, vehicle branding, and company apparel.
• Study performance, test ideas, and improve the strategy.

Someone who:

• Creates engaging content and tells strong stories.
• Has excellent creative judgment and attention to detail.
• Works independently and manages multiple projects.
• Moves efficiently without sacrificing quality.
• Takes ownership, solves problems, and accepts feedback.
• Understands that organic growth requires consistency and patience.

Experience with some of the following is preferred:

• Short-form video production
• Social-media management
• Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools
• Photography, videography, or graphic design
• Website and Google Business Profile updates
• Brand development or local marketing

A degree is not required. Strong personal, school, freelance, or independent work may be considered instead of professional experience.

Starting pay is $22-$28 per hour based on demonstrated experience, portfolio quality, work samples, and practical ability.

The first 90 days serve as a benchmark period. After successfully completing that period, the employee may become eligible for a performance-based bonus structure using measurable results such as views, engagement, audience growth, qualified leads, content consistency, and brand execution.

Annual raises of approximately 3%-5% may be available when performance benchmarks are met.

As Pure Vue grows, this position may expand into paid advertising, long-form You Tube content, SEO, email marketing, and broader marketing leadership.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
• Ability to travel throughout southeastern Wisconsin
