Entry Level Marketing Associate

Great Lakes Outreach Wisconsin is growing its Milwaukee team and looking for an Entry Level Marketing Associate to work directly on campaigns for nonprofit organizations.

This is a hands-on opportunity to build experience in marketing, communications, and public engagement while representing campaigns that connect nonprofit organizations with local communities.

You'll work face-to-face with members of the public at retail and event locations throughout the Milwaukee area, introducing campaigns, answering questions, building interest, and helping generate new supporter acquisitions.

• Represent nonprofit campaigns at retail and event locations

• Introduce campaigns and communicate their purpose clearly
• Answer questions and build interest in the organizations you represent
• Help generate new supporter acquisitions
• Work with the team toward campaign goals
• Develop practical skills in marketing, communication, and customer engagement

We're looking for people who are confident communicators, comfortable meeting new people, and motivated to develop.

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, events, or other people-facing work can be useful, but we're also interested in candidates earlier in their careers who demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.

• Weekly base pay plus additional performance-related earnings

This is a full-time, in-person position in the Milwaukee area involving proactive face-to-face engagement with members of the public at retail and event locations. It is not remote or hybrid.
