** What You Will Do
*** Supports priority brand, consumer insight, product development, and launch initiatives for the OPTIMA business.
* Hands-on experience within a premium automotive brand while contributing to projects that strengthen marketing effectiveness, portfolio growth, and execution.
* Partners with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and agency teams, to turn data and customer feedback into practical insights, coordinate campaign and product-launch support activities.
** How You Will Do It
*** Support planning and execution of digital, retail, event, sponsorship, and experiential marketing programs.
* Coordinate marketing content, assets, timelines, approvals, and performance inputs with internal teams and agency partners.
* Conduct research on consumer needs, competitive products, market trends, pricing, messaging, and adjacent category opportunities.
* Support product concept evaluation, business-case inputs, positioning, commercialization, and launch-readiness activities.
* Coordinate product information, specifications, claims, content, samples, and milestone tracking across work streams.
* Analyze consumer reviews, event feedback, surveys, retailer input, and other voice-of-customer sources.
* Create competitive comparisons and translate findings into concise recommendations for marketing and portfolio decisions.
** What We Look For
*** Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.
* Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, Product Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or other analytics tools is a plus.
* Interest in automotive, powersports, marine, off-road, performance, or enthusiast markets is preferred but not required.
* Ability to be in the greater Milwaukee area in the summer.
* Limited travel may be available for customer visits, events, product activities, or team meetings based on business needs.
* Duration:
Summer 2027. Up to 40 hours per week.
* Working Arrangements:
Hybrid internship – must have a quiet workspace away from interruptions, with the option to work in the office. Be able to maintain regular contact with the supervisor/team via virtual methods.
