** you will be part of the Marketing Operations team supporting partner and distribution marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and process-driven mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Support the operational execution of partner marketing campaigns and programs.

+ Maintain campaign trackers, timelines, project plans, and activity records.

+ Coordinate campaign setup, launches, partner communications, and follow-up activities.

+ Monitor lead uploads, campaign performance, and marketing activity within PXP and related systems.

+ Prepare monthly reporting, dashboards, and partner activity summaries to inform strategic decisions.

** What's Needed?*
* + At least 2 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or related fields.

+ Proficiency in campaign tracking, reporting, and data management tools.

+ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

+ Experience creating executive or client-facing reports and presentations.

+ Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
