The Impact Specialist reports to the Director of Key Initiatives and works closely with Key Initiative Impact Managers to ensure alignment and coordination across key initiatives. This includes developing and implementing training, coordinating, and facilitating competitive requests for proposal (RFP) logistics, coordinating volunteer grant review committees, coordinating, and supporting grantee convenings, and supporting key initiative volunteer engagement activities and events. This position also provides oversight of Community Resiliency & Legacy investment areas under the guidance of the Director of Key Initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES Include the following, but are not limited to:
IMPLEMENT KEY INITIATIVE STRATEGIES AND INITIATIVES Collaborate with Impact Managers and Community Impact Department (CID) management to execute the strategies needed to meet the Key Initiative goal outcomes in United Way's four-county service area.
