Regional Philanthropy Officer

The American National Red Cross seeks a Regional Philanthropy Officer to grow major and leadership giving across Northeast and Southeast Wisconsin. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of individual, corporate, and foundation donors, building relationships that advance the Red Cross humanitarian mission. Responsibilities include prospect research, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship; developing customized donor strategies; partnering with volunteers and leadership;

and aligning gifts with organizational priorities. You will also prepare proposals and impact reports while upholding a culture of compassion, collaboration, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of major and leadership donors in Northeast and Southeast Wisconsin
• Conduct prospect research to identify new individual, corporate, and foundation donors
• Develop and execute customized cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies
• Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and donor impact reports
• Collaborate with chapter leadership, program staff, and volunteers to align donor interests with priorities
• Track activity and donor moves in CRM and maintain accurate giving records
• Coordinate donor meetings, events, and site visits to deepen engagement
• Meet annual fundraising, visit, and revenue goals aligned with regional plans
