Donor Relations Manager

The American National Red Cross is seeking a Donor Relations Manager to strengthen and grow philanthropic support for our humanitarian mission. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of individual and institutional donors, lead outreach and stewardship strategies, and coordinate campaigns that support disaster relief, blood services, and community programs. You will analyze giving trends, prepare impact reports, and collaborate with volunteers, program, and communications teams to deliver meaningful donor experiences that reflect our values of compassion, inclusion, and service.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of individual and institutional donors
• Develop and execute donor stewardship, recognition, and retention strategies
• Plan and support fundraising campaigns and donor events
• Collaborate with communications and program teams on donor-facing materials and impact stories
• Track donor activity using CRM systems and maintain accurate records
• Analyze giving trends and prepare reports for leadership
• Coordinate volunteer and staff engagement in donor outreach
• Ensure donor communications reflect Red Cross mission, values, and brand
• Support grant proposals and reporting as needed
• Identify new donor prospects and upgrade opportunities
