Development Coordinator A respected nonprofit organization is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Development Coordinator to support fundraising operations, donor engagement, and development activities. This position plays a key role in maintaining donor relationships, supporting fundraising initiatives, managing donor records, and assisting with special events and campaigns.

Development Coordinator A respected nonprofit organization is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Development Coordinator to support fundraising operations, donor engagement, and development activities. This position plays a key role in maintaining donor relationships, supporting fundraising initiatives, managing donor records, and assisting with special events and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain donor and constituent databases
- Process donations, acknowledgments, and donor correspondence
- Prepare fundraising materials, reports, mailing lists, and communications
- Support fundraising campaigns, sponsor ships, and donor stewardship activities
- Assist with donor research and grant-related administrative support
- Coordinate memorial and tribute giving programs
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, filing, mailings, and recordkeeping
- Assist with fundraising and special event logistics and onsite support
- Generate reports and analyze donor and fundraising data
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fundraising, development, or nonprofit administration
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with donor databases such as Blackbaud Raiser's Edge or similar CRM systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently as well as collaboratively
- Experience in nonprofit development operations strongly preferred
