The National Association of Catholic Chaplains is seeking a
Manager of Stewardship and Program Operations
to help cultivate generosity, strengthen donor and member relationships, and coordinate programs that advance NACC's mission.

This position is ideal for a highly organized and service-oriented professional who can bring structure, warmth, and dependable follow-through to a diverse portfolio of work. The Manager will coordinate stewardship appeals and donor communications, maintain development systems and data, lead selected programs and events, support digital communications, and help organizational leaders remain focused on strategic priorities and relationship-building.

The Ideal Candidate

Qualified candidates will bring at least five years of progressively responsible experience in areas such as Catholic ministry, nonprofit development, stewardship, membership associations, program coordination, or operations.
