Job Summary
The Vascular Access Registered Nurse is a practitioner who is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating vascular access nursing care to patients according to Froedtert Hospital's nursing professional practice model.
Location / Work Type / ShiftLocation: US: WI: MILWAUKEE at our Froedtert Hospital facility.
Work Type: Full or part-time.
Shift: 1st. ) A week: one week "on", one week "off" Holidays:

A minimum of 2 years of recent direct patient care as a registered nurse in a medical/surgical or critical care clinical setting is required.
Education DescriptionProfessional knowledge of nursing theory and practice at a level normally acquired through completion of a minimum of two years education at an accredited School of Nursing in order to be eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse is required.
Licensure DescriptionRequires current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact). American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days.
