Job Summary:

The Senior Staffing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the staffing functions of the assigned department/s. Assumes responsibility for assuring the daily usual and complex operations of staffing. Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE

DESCRIPTION:

Personal computer experience/knowledge is required.

EDUCATION

DESCRIPTION:

High School diploma or equivalent is required.

SPECIAL SKILLS

DESCRIPTION:

Ability to demonstrate initiative and use complex thought processes in decision making. Ability to effectively utilize verbal and written communication. Flexibility to adapt to urgent situations and change. Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail for up to 75% of work time when preparing schedules, daily staffing and statistics. Ability to cope with pressure. Ability to work effectively and harmoniously with various personnel.

Ability to organize, prioritize tasks.
