** Collaborative On-Call Model**

• The dedicated CRNA team has the ability to work 8‑, 10‑, and 12‑hour shifts.
• Team members work together to optimize patient care, provide seamless handoffs, and support one another during high‑acuity cases.
• Flexible scheduling allows CRNAs to easily trade shifts, promoting work‑life balance while maintaining exceptional patient care.

In this CRNA role, you’ll be an integral part of a team handling a broad range of cases, including:

• Trauma (both blunt and penetrating)
• General Surgery
• Neurosurgery
• Orthopedics
• Burns
• OB/GYN

• Join a close‑knit collaborative team of 27 CRNAs and 10 physicians delivering top‑tier anesthesia care.
• You’ll be supported by a Chief CRNA and Chief MD who foster a culture of mutual respect, professional development, and teamwork.
• CRNAs practice at the top of their license, integral in managing diverse and complex cases.
• No call, no weekends.

• W2: $245,000 yearly
• 1099: $275,319 yearly
• 8 weeks of scheduled time off
• Substantial sign‑on bonus
• Annual CME allowance
