• Education Requirements: Valid nursing degree from an accredited program
• Certifications Requirements: BLS (American Heart), NRP, Active Wisconsin RN or Compact license
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of level III NICU experience
• Other Requirements: Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, strong resilience, excellent communication skills, ability to manage change effectively
