• Deliver high‑quality, compassionate nursing care to pediatric patients in a 44‑bed surgical, trauma, and medical PICU.
• Care for a diverse patient population, including neurosurgical, general surgical, trauma, and medical/respiratory cases from neonate through young adult.
• Utilize advanced clinical equipment such as oscillators, ICP monitoring, EVDs, and CRRT.
• Float to all inpatient units, including critical care, NICU, and acute care as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams in a teaching hospital environment.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to hospital policies regarding attire and conduct.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin or Compact State.
• Associate Degree or Certificate in Nursing required;
  Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current AHA BLS and AHA PALS certifications.
• Minimum 1 year of recent PICU RN experience.
• Recent experience with tracheostomies and ventilators.
• EPIC electronic health record/charting experience highly preferred.
• Flu vaccine required (no exemptions).
