Qualifications- OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits Experience
- Electronic Charting experience
- Minimum of 1 year of recent home health nursing experience (private duty does not qualify)
- Current Wisconsin RN License
- American Heart Association BLS
- Valid U.S. Driver's License
- $1,764 - $1,963 per week (13-week contract)
- Paid by the hour, not by the visit
- Designated territory of coverage
- Average weekly expectation is 30 units of productivity
- Experience with OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits required
