Job Responsibilities
  • Provide specialized NICU nursing care to neonatal patients in accordance with hospital protocols and standards.
  • Monitor patient status, interpret vital signs, and implement necessary interventions during night shifts.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and seamless communication.
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately within EPIC charting system.
  • Float to additional units such as Mom/Baby and other hospital departments as needed, maintaining high‑quality care.
