We are looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team at a reputable Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. You will be responsible for daily rounding, assessing and treating patients, coordinating care with other healthcare providers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule:
Monday - Friday - Conduct comprehensive daily rounds in the Inpatient Rehab Facility on patients from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians.
- Educate and empower patients and their families about their health care needs.
- Document care comprehensively and accurately.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited university.
- Current license in Wisconsin.
- Prefer experience in Inpatient setting
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Current BLS certification.
