Yourexpertiseincriticalcare,emergency medicine,andspecializedtreatmentswillbeinvaluableasyounavigatethecomplexitiesofpatientneeds.
- Delivercomprehensivenursingcarebyassessing,planning,implementing,andevaluatingpatienttreatmentplans.
- Administermedicationsandtreatmentsaccordingtoestablishedprotocolswhileensuringpatientsafetyandcomfort.
- Collaboratewithphysiciansandhealthcareteamstodevelopindividualizedcareplansthataddressbothphysicalandemotionalneeds.
- Performcriticalproceduressuchas
IV infusion,suturing,catheterization,andemergencyinterventionsasrequired. - Educatepatientsandfamiliesonhealthmanagement,medication administration,andpost-dischargecare.
- Maintainaccuratemedicaldocumentationincompliancewith
HIPAAregulationswhileutilizing
EMRsystemseffectively.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licenseingoodstanding.
- Experience with Epicor Cerner EHRsystems.
- Familiarity with
ICD-9andICD-10codingforaccuratemedicaldocumentation. - Backgroundinspecialtiessuchaspediatrics,geriatrics,orbehavioralhealthisaplus.
- Knowledgeofaseptictechniquesandinfectioncontrolpractices.
