Overview
Current Wisconsin RN License or Multi-state Nursing License from Nurse Licensure Compact. Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment. Competency in delivery of care to a primarily adult population. Job incorporates essential functions adapted from the ANA Nursing:
Scope and Standards of Practice, 2nd Edition (2010).
- Minimum of two (2) years Intensive Care Nursing experience required.
- Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice acquired through completion of at least two years education at an accredited School of Nursing to be eligible for RN licensure.
- Associate’s degree in nursing required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Requires current Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the Nurse Licensure Compact.
- 3rd shift.
- 12 hours per day.
- 36 hours per week.
- 3x12 hour night shifts every other weekend.
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU) experience required.
- Experience with SICU (Surgical Intensive Care Unit) preferred.
