The Medical College of Wisconsin
's Department of Otolaryngology & Communication Sciences is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant to provide medical care services within an outpatient setting. The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) works as part of a multidisciplinary health care team who will contribute to excellence in program administration, patient care, patient safety, research, quality improvement, and teaching.
- Opportunity to work alongside four physicians specializing in rhinology, anterior skull base surgery, and allergy within a highly collaborative academic practice environment.
- The Division features three advanced Rhinology practice areas including high-volume inflammatory sinusitis patient population, collaborative anterior skull base surgery program alongside Neurosurgery, and an expanding otolaryngic allergy practice.
- Exposure to a diverse and complex ENT/Otolaryngology patient population across both academic and community clinical settings.
- Preference for candidates with prior ENT/Otolaryngology experience or clinical background.
- Collaborative and collegial department culture with a strong emphasis on mentorship, teamwork, and professional support.
- Opportunity to work closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary clinical teams.
- Clinical responsibilities will support subspecialty-focused patient care within Rhinology and related ENT services.
- Monday‑Friday.
- Day Shift.
- No call, weekends, or nights.

Previous Otolaryngology experience desired.
Minimum Education- Advanced Practice Nurse:
Master’s Degree or higher in Nursing - Physician Assistant:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Physician Assistant Studies
- Advanced Practice Nurse or Nurse Practitioner:
Wisconsin RN License, Wisconsin Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber License, Adult Care and/or Acute Care Preferred, Will consider Family Practice and/or Geriatric NP, AHA ACLS, AHA BLS, DEA - Physician Assistant:
Wisconsin Physician Assistant License, Certification by NCCPA, Wisconsin Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber License, AHA ACLS, AHA BLS, DEA
