We're hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who supports residents with dignity, empathy, and purpose. This role blends clinical care with heartfelt connection to enhance the lives of those living with memory impairments.

A travel stipend may be available to assist with commuting costs for individuals living outside a 20-mile radius of the community.

• Provide compassionate care and assistance to residents with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other memory impairments
• Support residents in activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, dining, etc.)
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and your Silverado team
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred
• Valid CNA certificate number required
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions (preferred but not required)
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
• Comfortable working around animals and pets

Schedule:

Part Time, PM Shift, variable days

Anticipated pay range: $19 - $21 USD
