Registered Nurse; RN - Post Surgical

Where You Will Work

A 26-bed post‑operative surgical unit with 16 telemetry beds. Fast‑paced care for patients with gastroenterology, urology, gynecology, and plastic surgery populations, including abdominal drains, wound VACs, PCs, epidurals, tube feedings, etc. 75% of patients are admitted from PACU or step‑down from Surgical ICU.

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Use evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and effective communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

Compensation

• Base compensation within the listed pay range based on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and/or training
• Premium pay such as shift, on‑call, and other opportunities based on your role

Shift Schedule

• Every 3rd weekend rotation – night shift
• Holiday rotation
