Travel RN Medical​/Surgical

Summary

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
• This is the Night Shift Job that starts at 19:00 to 07:30 Hours
• Need Licensed Travel RN registered with Wisconsin Board of Nursing, Basic Life Support (BLS Certification).
• Department:
  Nurse Staffing
• Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

• EOW; EOH; PCU / Med-Surg Telemetry Acute Care experience required; may need to float to sites within 40 miles if needed
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
• Minimum of 2 years of Experience as a Travel Register Nurse.
