The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for a group of patients in an inpatient environment. The role incorporates essential functions adapted from the ANA Nursing:
Scope and Standards of Practice, 2nd Edition (2010). The RN will provide care to adult patients in orthopedics and trauma settings.

• Deliver nursing care to patients in orthopedics and trauma units.
• Assess patients, develop care plans, and evaluate outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure high‑quality care.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and standard nursing practices.

• 2+ years of RN experience in orthopedic/trauma settings.
• Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or an NLC multi‑state nursing license.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider) or equivalent.
• Associate’s degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Proficiency with nursing theory and adult patient care.
• US Citizen work authorization.

Compensation based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week, subject to confirmation. Pay package may include tax‑free stipend.
