Registered Nurse; RN - Supervisor - Emergency Department

Position: Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (Full time)

Location: Aurora Sinai Medical Center, Aurora, WI (36102)

Schedule: 40 hours per week, weekend mandatory:
Sat and Sun  (12‑hour shifts). Variable shifts Mon‑Fri as needed.

Pay Range: $44.15 – $66.25 per hour. Shift differentials: weekend +$4/hr, second shift +$4/hr.

• Supervise day‑to‑day activities of staff in the Emergency Department.
• Ensure adequate staffing of nursing and ancillary services personnel.
• Coordinate staff and resources to ensure cohesive, high‑quality patient care.
• Maintain efficient flow of patients in the Emergency Department.

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the patient is practiced.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association.

Aurora Sinai Medical Center’s Emergency Department is a Level IV trauma care facility serving approximately 60,000 patients annually. It features 42 beds and rooms designed for fast‑track, general medical, and critical care patient care.
