Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment. Requires competency in delivering care to a primarily adult population. The role aligns with ANA Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice.

Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a progressive care unit setting, implementing care plans, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members.

• Minimum 2 years RN experience in PCU or related setting.
• Current Wisconsin RN License or Multi‑state Nursing License (NLC).
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) or equivalent.
• Clinical competence in caring for adult patients.
• Experience with CADD pumps (epidural/nerve block pumps).
• Work authorization: US citizen.

• Associate’s degree in Nursing (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred).
