We are seeking a registered nurse for the Intensive Care Unit in Milwaukee, WI, working full-time night shifts.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinating holistic patient care by leading multidisciplinary teams
- Implementing and adapting personalized care plans to improve outcomes
- Monitoring clinical status and communicating vital changes to physicians
- Facilitating seamless discharge planning and patient support
- Current RN license from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or valid multi-state license
- Certification in BLS within 1 month and ALS within 6 months of hire, from AHA or Red Cross
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensure
Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, communication, and adaptability to deliver high-quality patient care.
