Key responsibilities include- Providing specialized nursing care to patients in the stepdown unit

- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
- Current active RN license
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work night shifts in a 4x10-hour schedule
- Delivering safe and effective patient care in a fast-paced environment
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and protocols
- Supporting patient recovery and comfort
- Documenting patient information accurately and timely
