The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Froedtert Hospital Milwaukee provides delegated age-appropriate care under RN supervision, assisting with basic nursing and personal care tasks. The CNA follows the duties taught in certification and coursework, and may offer continuous safety observation as needed.
Under the direction of a Nurse Manager, the CNA participates in shifts that include evenings and weekends on a 0.5 FTE (20 hours weekly) basis.
