Description:
The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment. This individual demonstrates competency in the delivery of care to a primarily adult population. The Staff RN-Inpatient job incorporates essential functions adapted from the ANA Nursing:
Scope and Standards of Practice. The role requires adherence to clinical standards and protocols in the SICU. Effective communication and collaboration with the healthcare team are essential. The nurse is expected to provide compassionate care and support to patients and their families. Continuous learning and skill development are encouraged to ensure the highest level of patient care.
