US Fertility in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Fertility Nurse Case Manager to join our team at Fertility Centers of Illinois. The role coordinates and manages fertility patient care across treatment plans, with ongoing guidance from physicians and timely interpretation of lab results.
Schedule Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Central Time; weekend/holiday rotations. Salary range $70,000–$82,000 per year.
