What You’ll Do as LPN:
  • Provide compassionate, individualized care according to residents’ care plans
  • Perform regular rounds and monitor residents’ conditions throughout the shift
  • Supervise and direct other care staff
  • Communicate effectively with residents and families about care updates
  • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
  • Complete documentation accurately and in compliance with regulations
