CVS Health is seeking a Part-time Home Infusion RN to visit patients within two hours of Milwaukee, WI. The role offers approximately 10 hours per week with a flexible schedule and occasional Saturdays. You will perform infusion therapies in patients' homes, educate families, and coordinate care with the healthcare team.
The ideal candidate has a WI nursing license, at least one year of nursing experience, and CPR certification. Infusion/IV experience and MS Office proficiency are preferred.
