Horizon Home Care & Hospice, Inc. is seeking Weekend Visit Nurses (Baylor RN) to provide high-quality home care on weekends at our Kenosha location. Nurses assess conditions, deliver physician-ordered care, and document visits for accurate patient records.
Ideal candidates hold a Wisconsin RN license (BSN preferred) with 1–2 years in Med/Surg or home care and a valid driver’s license. Weekend shifts run Saturdays and Sundays, 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., with holiday rotation.
