3 days per week

Every third weekend, rotating holiday

• Charge RN
• Clinical Resource Nurse 24/7
• House Supervisor
• Stat Team
• Off-shift Unit Supervisor later evenings
• PCM with varied shifts including early mornings

Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30

8C The Abdominal Transplant (Liver, Kidney & Pancreas) unit has 26 beds. High acuity- step-down unit to SICU. We not only take care of transplant patients but also see liver disease, renal disease, general abdominal surgeries, oncology surgery and urological overflow. This is a fast paced, moderate acuity floor that requires the ability to think on your feet and build relationships with your patients.

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
